SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Deliveries are made by carriers offering the best rates. Our fees are $17.50 in Canada and the United States, per order.

Shipping is FREE for all orders of $199,99 and more before taxes, made in Quebec and Canada with certain exceptions:

  • For heavier products (spigots), a transportation surcharge is applied even if the order is over $199,99 before taxes. This information is indicated in the spigot product sheet on the website.
  • For remote regions of Quebec and Canada, there may be shipping costs even if the order is over $199,99 before taxes. You will be contacted for the delivery charges due in order to accept these charges prior to shipment or cancel your order.

SHIPPING TO USA

Deliveries to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, they may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs administration fees that apply in the United States.

A customs invoice will accompany your package or will follow by mail. Payment of these additional fees, duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

GauthierDeLaPlante is unable to provide estimates of these costs.

 

ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

The order preparation time is 24 hours during working days.

Delivery times are normally 2-5 business days. In remote areas, additional delivery times may be added.

 

ORDER TRACKING

For all orders shipped to Canada and the United States, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to track your package in real time.

 

SALES TAX

Sales taxes are calculated according to the address where the order will be shipped and according to the provincial and federal laws in force, as well as the rates applicable to your order. Where required by law, shipping charges are also taxable.

RETURN / REFUND

If one of our products is not meeting your expectations, we would like to know about it. Therefore, please send us an email at: info@gauthierdelaplante.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

GauthierDeLaPlante only accepts returns in the following cases:

  • shipment of a product other than ordered;
  • damaged product.

Delivery charges included on the original invoice and any applicable taxes will not be refunded.

Products damaged by the customer cannot be accepted.

If a customer wishes to return products for any reason other than those mentioned above, a penalty of 20% will automatically be applied to the invoiced value. The transportation costs associated to the return of the material will be assumed by the customer.
