DO YOU SELL TO INDIVIDUALS (B2C)?

Yes! Whether you are a homeowner or a contractor, you can purchase directly from our website. If you are unsure which products to choose, you can also send us a quote request and our team will guide you accordingly.

CAN I INSTALL IT MYSELF?

Yes! Most of our clients handle the installation themselves. We provide clear printed and video guides to help with both measurements and installation.

DO YOU COME ON SITE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS?

On-site visits are not required. Everything is done remotely, and we provide detailed guides to help you take accurate measurements for your project.

DO YOU SHIP ACROSS QUEBEC AND CANADA?

Yes, we ship throughout Quebec and Canada. For stainless steel cable and tensioner kits, we keep everything in stock and shipping takes 24 to 48 hours in Eastern Canada and about 5 business days in Western Canada. We also stock standard matte black posts, which can be shipped quickly as well.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

The fabrication and powder coating of aluminum posts and handrails are carried out in our own facility. Production lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the time of year.

IS IT LEGAL?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN CANADA?

Yes! We are a Canadian company. We sell products proudly manufactured in our own facility located in Québec, Canada. This allows us to maintain strict quality control, fast lead times, and consistent product performance.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR "I" AND "II" KITS?

"I" kits are designed for straight sections (horizontal runs), such as decks, balconies, and mezzanines. "II" kits are specifically designed for angled or sloped sections, most commonly stair runs, where the cable angle needs to follow the incline.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS RESISTANT TO SNOW AND COASTAL ENVIRONMENTS?

Yes! Our cable railing hardware is made from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance in harsh conditions, including heavy snow, freeze-thaw cycles, humidity, and coastal environments.
